Located at the heavily traveled corner of Sunset Boulevard & Western Avenue, the Views at 270 has 56 affordable housing units over 60 subterranean parking spaces. The project features a 13,000-square-foot Walgreens drugstore, surface parking for 30 cars, and a 1,250-square-foot corner retail building. Integrated bus shelters serve transit users of two Rapid Bus lines and nearby Metro subway station. This was the first project in Los Angeles to use funds from the Mayor’s Housing Trust Fund.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 5,000 cubic yards.
