Caroline Severance Manor affordable housing consists of two, 5-story Type III residential mixed-use buildings, which include two levels of subterranean parking for 104 cars. The project site is a complete block long in the north and south direction. The north building (Zone 1) includes 30 units over a childcare center and one level of parking. The south building (Zone 2) includes 55 units with offices and a community center on the first floor over two levels of parking.
Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 3,821 cubic yards.
