Holly Street Village is a mixed-use project in Old Town Pasadena combining 374 apartment units, 16 of which are loft units converted from the historic Hall of Justice building. The project includes approximately 11,000 sf of retail space, subterranean parking for 591 cars, and was built in anticipation of a future light rail station adjoining this site. Today, the Metro Gold Line is situated beneath the west end of the project, allowing easy commuter traffic to and from the apartments.
Morley provided general contracting and concrete subcontractor services for the project. Eleven sources of funding were coordinated by the Morley team as part of a complex development structure.
