New Economics for Women’s Tierra del Sol consists of four, three-story wood-frame buildings over one level of subterranean parking. The project includes 119 affordable apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms, and an independent 1,500-square-foot, single-story recreation/learning center that shares its site with a charter elementary school. Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 6,228 cubic yards.
