College View Apartments is a new apartment complex adjacent to San Diego State University consisting of a six-story, Type III over Type I building featuring 90 units and 170,503 gross square feet. Apartments are one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations. A ground-level parking structure provides 41 parking spaces, 10 motorcycle spaces, bike storage, and resident locker storage. Amenities include offices, business center, coworking space, fitness facility, pool/spa with adjoining lounge and outdoor kitchen, and a landscaped courtyard.

Morley Construction Company is providing concrete subcontracting services for the project totaling 4,630 cubic yards. Morley’s scope comprises 1.5 levels of cast-in-place deck – one level of concrete podium deck and a half level of cast-in-place deck which extends over a canyon, utilizing pile caps and columns cast into the hillside to support it. Concrete is expected to reach completion in Summer 2022.
