Holly Street Village

Holly Street Village is a mixed-use project in Old Town Pasadena featuring 374 apartment units, 16 of which are loft units converted from the historic Hall of Justice building. The project includes 11,000 square feet of retail space, subterranean parking for 591 cars, and was built in anticipation of a light rail station at this site. Today, the Metro Gold Line is situated beneath the west end of the project, allowing easy commuter traffic to and from the apartments.

 

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 6,820 cubic yards.
