Located in Chinatown, 200 Mesnager is a 384,200-square-foot mixed-use development adjacent to the Los Angeles Historic Park. The project comprises four Type III wood-frame buildings above a Type I concrete podium and two levels of subterranean parking. The 280-unit project includes 22,000 square feet of commercial space, blending retail with creative office. Amenities include housing support and service spaces, fitness facility, dog park, courtyard, and a pool on the second level.

Morley Construction Company is providing concrete subcontracting services for the project including 61,000 square feet of mat foundation, 221,000 square feet of formed decks, columns, and cast-in-place shear walls totaling approximately 17,500 cubic yards.
