Hollywood Arts Collective is a new 151-unit affordable housing complex located in Hollywood. At 273,000 square feet, the project consists of new construction of a seven-story Type III over Type I building, with three levels of subterranean parking for 252 cars and 9,900 square feet of ground-floor retail. Comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, the target population for this project is low-income households with a preference for artists given the surrounding neighborhood’s heavy presence of art institutions. Amenities include a lobby, community room with kitchen, recording studio, office space, fitness room, laundry facility, and three courtyards.

Morley Construction Company is providing the structural concrete for the project, totaling 9,215 cubic yards. Scope of work includes foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, and columns.
