Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for this 224-unit, 20-story, Type I residential tower. The scope of work also included parking for 517 cars on five levels (four above grade, one below.) The project used a total of 31,000 cubic yards of concrete ranging in strength from 3,000 psi to 6000 psi.
