Miramar Development is a new 137-unit affordable housing development in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 72,000-square-foot project consists of construction of a seven-story Type III over Type I residential building with amenities and over 10,000 square feet of open space.

Morley Construction Company is providing structural cast-in-place concrete for the project, totaling 3,400 cubic yards. Scope includes isolated spread footings at Basement Level and Level 1; wall footings supporting CIP (shear) and CMU walls at Basement Level & Level 1; 5-inch-thick slab-on-grade at Basement Level; 10-inch-thick slab-on-grade at Level 1; and mild steel concrete podium deck at Levels 1-3.
