Grand & Venice in downtown Los Angeles consists of 62 two-, three- and four-bedroom affordable units over 8,500 square feet of ground floor office space and three levels of parking for 175 cars. The parking component is shared with a nearby hospital. Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 4,724 cubic yards.
