The Santa Monica Big Blue Bus Access Center (OPCC) project is a two-story, 8,100-square-foot social service facility that provides medical and counseling services. The building includes men’s and women’s shower and locker areas, in addition to a food service area, walk-in cooler, and laundry room. The exterior finish combines plaster and metal panels with a decorative steel canopy over the main entrance. Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 463 cubic yards.
