The Bluffs at Playa Vista is a new construction and tenant improvement project built in two phases (Parcel A and Parcel B) for a total of six structures.

Parcel B’s scope included the construction of two structural steel buildings featuring over 300,000 square feet of office and retail space and a 312,460-square-foot free-standing parking structure. Two different color metal corrugated panels were used for the exterior, with an aeronautically themed interior.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 21,681 cubic yards. Scope of work included concrete fill on metal deck for the two office buildings and cast-in-place concrete for the six-story parking structure.
