Morley Construction Company performed the structural concrete work for three structural steel office buildings, a vehicle maintenance building, and a central plant building. The scope of work included pile caps, grade beams, slabs-on-grade, concrete fill on metal decks, and the placement of concrete for miscellaneous footings and equipment pads. The project, consisting of over 306,000 square feet, utilized 13,000 cubic yards of concrete.
