This fast-track, design-build parking structure serves visitors of the Topanga Mall. A major renovation and expansion to the Westfield Topanga shopping mall required nearly 2,000 additional parking spaces. Morley teamed with International Parking Design and Ficcadenti & Waggoner to design and build this new parking structure. The structure now has 815,631 square feet in five, above-grade levels that accommodate 1,827 cars. Approximately 32,000 cubic yards of concrete were used to complete the project. A form cycling schedule with pours ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 23,000 square feet was used to maintain critical path activities, which were met on-time and within budget.
