Morley provided concrete subcontracting services for NBCUniversal’s Lot M Parking Structure, a 721-space addition to an existing structure. It consists of six levels with no ramps and connects to the previously existing structure at every level via two drive aisles per level. Lot M features post-tensioned decks and beams with reinforced concrete moment frames at its exterior.
