The fourth phase of UC Irvine’s multi-phase East Campus development (UCI Plaza Verde and UCI Phase IV-B) includes a 181,900-square-foot Type II freestanding parking structure. The five-story structure provides 532 parking spaces, a maintenance office, a bike hub with over 900 bicycle spaces, and features an intricate exterior aluminum skin. The parking structure was built as part of the UCI Plaza Verde project but will also serve future residents of the currently under construction Phase IV-B project.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling over 6,200 cubic yards.
