Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the FBI Field Office in San Diego. Previously scattered amongst multiple office locations, this six-story facility centralized government staff needed to support intelligence and investigative matters in Southern California.
Included in this design-build project was the construction of a long-span 481-car 180,700-square-foot parking structure with moment frame, connected to the main building by a pedestrian bridge. The structure was designed to span over an s-curve over a site access road and with the future potential for expansion to 600 parking spaces. Inviting green spaces were incorporated for visitors and employees to enjoy.
