Located in Healthpeak Properties’ Torrey Pines Science Park, Callan Ridge is a new Class A life science campus consisting of two, three-story scientific research buildings and a two-level subterranean parking garage totaling 310,060 square feet. The project will feature cast-in-place concrete, monolithic glass, natural wood, and raw metal with amenities including three-story lobby, event spaces, outdoor plaza, and green roof. The complex focuses heavily on sustainability and is targeting LEED Silver certification.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project totaling 13,775 cubic yards. Scope includes horizontal concrete work consisting of slab-on-grade and cast-in-place decks.
