USC Malcolm and Barbara Currie Residence Hall is a five-story wood-framed structure over slab-on-grade, 178-unit student housing project located on the USC Health Sciences Campus. Apartments are two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations. Student amenities include a lounge, pool and spa, fitness center, meeting spaces, and build-out of a childcare facility on the ground level.

Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling 5,369 cubic yards.
