Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services to expand the existing Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) maintenance facility in Chula Vista. The work included a new 50,000-square-foot high bay maintenance building, maintenance equipment, alterations to existing maintenance buildings, new bus wash building, and a 12,000-square-foot new operations and administration building. Morley’s scope also included site utility work and miscellaneous site structures.
