The Ballpark Village project is a master-planned, mixed-use community located on 3.9 acres of property adjacent to Petco Park. Featuring luxury apartments, retail, restaurants, below-grade parking, and pedestrian plazas, Ballpark Village is a prominent part of the continuing revitalization of downtown’s East Village.

Morley Construction Company provided structural concrete subcontracting services for the project. Sitting on three parcels, the project features three levels of below-grade parking across the entire property, a 37-story high-rise tower, an eight-story mid-rise building, and two, 2-story podium decks above street level with five levels of wood-framed apartments on top. A total of 83,800 cubic yards of concrete was placed on the project including both Type I and Type II/V concrete.
