Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services and reinforcing steel for this new hospital bed tower featuring 12 intensive care beds and 60 medical/surgical beds. The project was adjacent to an existing operational hospital.

Construction included more than 11,000 cubic yards of concrete for pile caps and footings, concrete fill over metal deck, slab-on-grade, cooling tower yard, site walls, and footings around the building footprint. The seven-story building consists of a structural steel frame with seven levels of metal decking. Morley’s scope of work also provided support for the elevator core.
