The Crowne Plaza Hotel (formerly Sheraton Hotel) in Redondo Beach consists of two structures built simultaneously. Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project. The 350 room hotel and adjacent 210-car parking garage were constructed primarily of concrete, including sections of exposed concrete. Facilities include an exercise/weight room with full locker room, including showers and sauna. Exterior amenities include a swimming pool and spa.
