Morley performed earthquake repairs and significant structural and architectural upgrades to all major areas of the Institute’s 600,000 sf main academic and administrative building. The areas include the modular theater, main gallery, dining facilities, classrooms, recording studios, art studios and performance spaces.

Extensive earthquake repair and seismic strengthening to two student dormitories was also included in the project which was completed in five and one-half months, allowing the school to open for the fall semester.
