Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for this seven-story luxury apartment building with 58 units at the corner of Westwood and Wilshire in Los Angeles. The building is cast-in-place concrete with concrete shear walls, post-tensioned decks, and conventionally reinforced decks below grade. The scope of work included entry fountains and a roof garden. The project was completed six weeks prior to its anticipated completion date.
