Vigilant cost control is a critical component of any successful project and starts with detailed cost estimates at each milestone of the design process.
Morley Construction Company is proud to be considered an industry leader in the building and utilization of BIM for quantity takeoffs. Employing our own in-house team of expert virtual construction engineers, Morley combines the power of
Revit models with estimating software WinEst for all of our structural concrete projects. This level of detailed assessment allows for continuous exchange of design ideas and cost feedback between our general contractor client, the owners,
and design teams for real-time cost-benefit analysis. We are able to efficiently run cost comparisons, value engineering, and alternate design pricing.
Constructibility
Morley creates fully-integrated BIM for each and every one of our projects. The model becomes a useful tool during preconstruction and helps act as a visual aid in constructability reviews and design issues prior to construction. We can utilize
our coordinated model along with our schedule and phasing to create sequence models to help fully visualize and build the project virtually during preconstruction.
Keeping Everyone on Track
Our schedules highlight critical path items for the structure, carefully reflecting the timing of related trades within our scope of work. We will partner with your team to satisfy any schedule constraints, phasing or sequencing requirements,
and help develop an accurate and aggressive schedule for the project.
Scheduling Softwares
With the use of our coordinated models and support software, we are able to incorporate our construction schedule to run sequence models. We will run our own internal schedules and coordinate with other trades and the master project schedule to make sure we are aligned on our critical path milestones and durations. We are able to work out a realistic and accurate schedules during preconstruction and construction, giving us the ability to focus on detailed activities and 4-week look ahead schedules.
