Workforce safety is paramount to Morley’s work philosophy. From fall protection and personal protective gear to the on-site enforcement of our Injury and Illness Prevention Program, Morley’s goal is for each of our employees to achieve work goals in a safe and efficient manner in order to return home to their families injury free.
Management and supervisors analyze and optimize each subcontractor's work hours in order to minimize fatique and maintain a safe working environment. We employ a full time in-house safety/risk management staff to perform on-site inspections, testing, pre-employment drug screening, equipment certification, OSHA training, first-aid training and accident prevention seminars. Jobsite “tailgate” meetings, stretching, exercises and company-wide safety meetings also reinforce safety measures.
Our staff are professionally affiliated with the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Risk & Insurance Management Society. Through our affiliations and onsite safety efforts, Morley's Experience Modification Rate and Incidence Rates are consistently below industry standards.
